Toyota Prius Reviewed by The Urban Conversion

During our latest trip to cover The Go Green Expo in Los Angeles, The Urban Conversion was fortunate enough to have a Toyota Prius as a car rental option. We have driven 100% electric vehicles; however, we have never had a chance to drive a hybrid vehicle. Upon returning the car, the Prius gets 4 thumbs up from our 4 staff members. Although the car is not “flashy” by LA standards, it was very practical and navigated the Los Angeles highway systems without a problem! Also, the car was driven extensively (including a trip to Santa Barbara) without requiring a gas refill. Prior to returning the car, it required 8.9 gallons of gas to reach full capacity. It is our opinion that hybrids rock!
